Numerous lustrous black prismatic terminated crystals of manganite to 1.2 cm in length are scattered throughout an open vug in a white massive barite matrix. Minor calcite in association. An outstanding cabinet display quality specimen for this species! A 13.5 x 12.5 x 7.5 cm matrix of crystallized quartz and albite, this hosting a huge non-lustrous white pollucite crystal measuring 6.5 x 6.0 x 3.0 cm in size. No damage with definitive crystal faces. The back of the matrix is sawn in one area and the piece sits nicely upon this surface for display. Ex Wolfgang E. Henkel collection.

Superb lustrous rounded crystals of pyrargyrite to 0.7 x 0.7 x 0.7 cm in size are mostly covering the top of a 3.6 x 2.6 x 2.5 cm matrix. Very light damage is present, the extent of this visible in the photos. A fine classic Germany miniature for this ruby silver! Shows nicely all around 360 degrees. Ex Wolfgang Henkel collection.

Fine green barrel-shaped crystals of pyromorphite to 1.2 cm in length are scattered over the front of a 4.0 x 3.0 x 2.5 cm matrix. Microscopic level chipping is present on several crystal edges, this visible mainly with a 10x loupe and not the naked eye, as seen in the photos. Overall, in my opinion, the specimen is in excellent condition for this old German classic. Accompanied by an old Carnegie Museum label. Lustrous gemmy smoky quartz crystals to 7.5 cm in length are set attractively on matrix. Shows nicely all around. Only with a 10x loupe do I see a tiny chip in the termination of the main crystal. A beautiful large grouping of gem quality richly colored glassy smoky quartz crystals measuring 19.0 x 11.5 x 11.0 cm in size. Very light chipping is present; considering the size of the piece, this is in great condition. Completely crystallized all around, even on the base. No points of attachment. Long green opaque tapering prismatic terminated crystals of quartz to 7.5 cm in height are coming off a matrix coated by small reddish-brown andradite crystals. A 12.0 x 11.0 x 7.0 cm matrix, the top covered by both lustrous black schorl crystals and prismatic terminated smoky quartz crystals. The schorl crystals are incredibly lustrous, mirror-bright, and measure to 3.0 x 2.5 x 2.5 cm in size. The smoky quartz crystals are lustrous as well, translucent, and measure to 5.0 cm in height. Very light chipping is present on edges of some schorl crystals, as well as on the termination of the smoky quartz. The extent of this is clearly visible in the photos. Overall I think this piece in very good condition damage-wise. The luster of the schorl crystals is extremely bright making for an attractive piece. Delicate botryoidal crystallized pale blue shattuckite in spherical shaped groupings to 1.3 cm in diameter are set aesthetically within a shallow vug in a 10.0 x 8.0 x 5.0 cm matrix.
