Beautiful amber colored crystals of barite, chisel shaped and semi-lustrous, to 2.0 cm are covering the front side of a 12.5 x 6.3 x 5.8 cm matrix. Unusual for this area, a transparent glassy tabular crystal of hexagonal aquamarine measuring 6.3 x 4.5 x 2.0 cm in size standing straight up off a matrix of sparkling bladed snow-white crystallized albite. Very tiny and light chipping is present in some areas on crystal edges as seen in the photos. In general a 10x loupe is needed to see these. The specimen sits perfectly for display by itself and shows all around 360 degrees. Minor muscovite in association. Measures 11.0 x 7.5 x 6.0 cm. Ex Wolfgang E. Henkel collection.

Glassy mostly transparent and gemmy richly colored blue prismatic terminated aquamarine crystals to 5.0 cm in length are covering nicely matrix with black schorl crystals to 2.3 cm. Light chipping is present along some crystal edges as seen in the photos. Overall I think this is in very good condition. The composition, color and crystal size are all quite good for this locality. A 12.1 x 6.4 x 3.8 cm matrix, this richly crystallized throughout with metallic fairly sharp native bismuth. The crystals measure to 1.5 cm in size. There is a lot of bismuth present - an excellent cabinet specimen for this species! Ex Wolfgang E. Henkel collection.

An outstanding large bright complex bournonite crystal measuring 6.9 x 5.3 x 3.2 cm in size set on a thin matrix. Considering the size of the crystal, for this brittle mineral, the piece is in excellent condition damage-wise. Very minor quartz in association. Complete on the sides as seen in the photos; the matrix is present on the back and out of view when the piece is displayed (see last photo). Superb for this species! A "mound shaped" matrix of crystallized sparkling colorless tiny quartz crystals, this measuring 6.7 x 5.5 x 4.3 cm in size. The top is crowned by numerous dark red semi-lustrous sharply twinned crystals of cinnabar to 1.5 cm in size. The twinning is obvious on these crystals and very sharp. The piece displays great with all of the cinnabar crystals at the top. Shows nicely all around. Overall in great condition damage-wise. This is an excellent example for the species! Ex Wolfgang E. A cluster of several parallel grouped blue partly transparent euclase crystals measuring 2.3 cm in length are set on one edge of a 4.8 x 4.0 x 1.6 cm crystallized albite matrix. The right side of the crystal cluster, not atypical for the species, is cleaved. This is visible in the last photo. The piece displays well without seeing this. Choice large grouping of lead-gray semi-lustrous cubic galena crystals to just under 4.5 cm on edge on matrix with sparkling white crystallized quartz. Light chipping is present on several corners and edges, as seen in the photos. Overall in very good condition. The crystals are cubic with slight octahedral corner modifications. Measures 11.5 x 11.0 x 9.5 cm in size. Excellent cabinet sized specimen from this famous old mining district! Accompanied by an old label. Ex Wolfgang E. Henkel collection.
