This is a truly superb well crystallized example of primary malachite crystals! Prismatic dark green lustrous malachite crystals to 3.5 cm in length are thickly covering a shallow open vug that is lined by micro blue crystallized shattuckite. All of the prominent malachite crystals show terminations; in many cases there are "multiple terminations". There are small emerald green translucent crystals of dioptase present on the upper portion of the piece. This is in excellent shape damage-wise. Measures 8.0 x 6.5 x 4.0 cm in size overall.
