A 16.5 x 11.0 x 7.5 cm matrix, the front side a shallow open vug lined with sparkling deep blue crystallized azurite. Minor green malachite in association. No damage. Gem quality blue glassy double terminated aquamarine crystal 4.0 cm in length perched aesthetically on a crystallized quartz. No damage; the bottom termination of the aquamarine is naturally and neatly etched. Shows all around and quite showy.

Very fine brassy semi-lustrous crystals of chalcopyrite to 2.0 cm in size set on a crystallized quartz matrix with minor sphalerite. In great condition; measures 7.0 x 5.0 x 5.0 cm. Ex Mark & Karen Vendl collection.

9500131) Elbaite with Lepidolite, Quartz - Paprok, Nuristan Province, Afghanistan

A neat large matrix tourmaline specimen consisting of an 11.5 x 9.0 x 7.3 cm partial quartz crystal, this hosting several prismatic pale pink to pale green elbaite crystals. What makes this quite different is the larger doubly terminated elbaite crystal is naturally "bent", as seen in the photos. This crystal measures just under 6.0 cm in length. There are small pale purplish crystals of lepidolite scattered about the quartz crystal matrix. There is a smaller, but still very nice, transparent pale green terminated elbaite crystal measuring 3.0 cm in length set along the left edge of the quartz crystal matrix. Undamaged; a unique and interesting addition to any suite of tourmalines or gem crystals!

Glassy fine colorless mostly transparent tabular crystals of fluorapatite to 4.0 cm across stacked attractively on a "matrix" of blocky crystallized albite with chlorite. Shows all around with micro-chipping in one tiny area on what I consider the back side of the piece. Neatly crystallized all around 360 degrees, even the albite on the base. Size: 8.5 x 6.5 x 4.0 cm.

Blocky translucent green herderite crystals to 1.7 cm in size set nicely on a 5.5 x 5.5 x 4.0 cm crystalline white albite matrix. In great condition; very fine for this species.

A large creamy translucent partly naturally dissolved pollucite crystal 10.0 x 8.0 x 5.0 cm in size studded nicely atop a blocky white feldspar matrix. An exceptionally large crystal for the species that is in great condition and displays nicely. Size: 13.5 x 10.0 x 8.0 cm.
