A beautiful thin bladed terminated grouping of transparent cherry red rhodonite crystals measuring 3.4 x 2.0 x 0.6 cm in size overall and with little attached matrix. Complete all around and undamaged. The quality is outstanding for the species!

A 6.5 x 5.0 x 3.0 cm matrix, the front side very richly scattered with highly lustrous dark reddish to black metallic acicular crystals of kermesite measuring to 1.5 cm in length. Very clean of damage; excellent example for this species from this famous Slovakian locality.

Three beautiful water clear gemmy lustrous transparent prismatic calcite crystals, the largest measuring to 4.7 cm in length, are set in an aesthetic cluster measuring 6.5 x 5.7 x 5.2 cm in size overall. Complete all around 360 degrees. Very slight chipping is present on the top edge of the crystal at left; this not easily visible without looking closely. These are incredible calcites and I feel that they will become real classics some day. This one is in much better condition damage-wise than most. The quality is outstanding.

Neat aesthetically stacked sharp undamaged cubic crystals of galena to 1.5 cm in size are forming a 8.6 x 6.4 x 6.1 cm grouping. Sits up perfectly for display on a sawn base; this is complete all around 360 degrees. Minor dark crystals of sphalerite to 1.0 cm in size are scattered about. This one is extra neat as there is an almost sugary second generation of microscopic crystallized galena upon the first generation galena crystals. Different and attractive for the species!

A neat old-time Bulgarian specimen consisting of a 11.8 x 8.8 x 6.9 cm fossilized coral matrix, the front side covered by gray curving stalactitic crystallized chalcedony to 2.0 cm in length. In remarkable condition damage-wise for what this is. Very fine and choice addition to any quartz suite!

A superb miniature from this relatively new find! A brilliant slightly translucent striated bright orange spessartine crystal measuring 3.6 x 3.5 x 2.6 cm in size set on a small amount of schist matrix. Free-standing and free of damage; this is complete all around 360 degrees. The quality is excellent; this is a beautiful miniature specimen!

A gem quality transparent glassy single terminated loose tanzanite crystal measuring 3.0 x 1.0 x 1.0 cm in size overall. Complete all around. The crystal is strongly trichroic and quite beautiful. Microscopic level chipping is present on two edges of the crystal, this not easily seen with the naked eye. The quality is very high.

A 6.8 x 3.4 x 3.0 cm matrix, this hosting sprays of bright metallic stibnite crystals to 0.5 cm in length. Rich throughout one section of this matrix are black micro crystals of rare paakkonenite. Minor valentinite in association. Very fine for this rare and elusive species! Ex Peter Gillis collection.

A beautiful water clear gem quality transparent lustrous glassy single terminated prismatic crystal of calcite measuring 7.4 x 3.5 x 2.7 cm in size overall. Complete all around 360 degrees with inclusions of ? at the base. One very tiny chip is present; I am not sure that I have seen one of these calcites that is perfect. Overall the quality on this is outstanding. These are incredible calcite specimens and I think will be real classics in the future.

Gorgeous sparkling near transparent crystals of rhodochrosite sort of curved around attractively and set upon a 2.5 x 2.5 x 2.1 cm matrix. One small area is partially cleaved as can be seen in the photos. Complete all around. Great color and luster making for an attractive thumbnail specimen.

A very neat combination specimen for this locality, especially good for the ferberite. A 6.9 x 5.6 x 2.7 cm crystallized mass of bright brassy chalcopyrite is hosting numerous black terminated semi-lustrous bladed crystals of ferberite to 1.5 cm in length. In outstanding condition damage-wise; this is especially choice for the species/locality. Ex Peter Gillis collection. Ref: Lapis, 21 (7), 60.

A superb and showy miniature specimen for this species! A brilliant crystallized grouping of neon-blue cavansite measuring just over 3.0 cm in diameter is set perfectly upon a 5.0 x 4.8 x 3.8 cm stilbite micro crystal coated matrix. No damage. Outstanding for the species and very attractive.
