A mound of crystallized white calcite, this hosting many superb glassy gem quality amber tabular barite crystals, some as large as 5.5 cm on edge. The specimen shows all around 360 degrees. The only damage present is on the extreme edges of the piece due to removal of the specimen from the pocket in the mine. Overall in great condition. Measures 12.0 x 7.0 x 6.0 cm. Very showy! Beautiful gemmy blue lustrous crystals of fluorite forming a cluster 6.0 cm across set nicely at the top of a muscovite crystal coated matrix. There are a few internal fractures, typical of large mostly transparent fluorite crystals like these. On the outside I can not find any damage or chipping. The fluorite crystals are complete on the back as well. The quality is excellent; this is a very pretty piece. Size: 9.0 x 6.5 x 5.5 cm. Ref: Rocks & Minerals: 80(1), 46-57. Wonderful cabinet sized combination specimen with dark lustrous translucent smoky quartz crystals to 5.0 cm in size studded across the top of a white blocky orthoclase crystal matrix. Scattered throughout are small deep red sparkling translucent crystals of spessartine. Shows nicely all around 360 degrees. Perfect without any damage or chipping. Size: 13.0 x 7.5 x 6.0 cm. Large loose bluish to sherry colored highly translucent single topaz crystal measuring 8.0 x 7.2 x 5.0 cm in size. Complete all around; sits perfectly upon its cleaved base. Minor chipping at lower left as seen in the photos. Quite choice for the locality/species! Ex Lloyd Tate collection.
