A neat small cabinet sized combination piece from this notable locality! A single colorless mostly translucent, with a lot of transparency, terminated quartz crystal is partly coated by fine reddish translucent prismatic terminated inesite crystals, these measuring to 12 mm in length. The inesite crystals are partly coated by tiny colorless micro crystals of transparent "apophyllite". There is minor brown crystallized hubeite in association, as well as minor pyrite. The quartz crystal is just slightly chipped on the termination, this only visible to my eyes with the aide of 10x magnification. Measures 4.2 x 4.5 x 8.1 cm in size overall and shows nicely all around 360 degrees. Ref: The Mineralogical Record, 38, 33-42; LAPIS 28 (9), 41-47.

This is a neat "floater" doubly terminated metallic silvery grouping of bournonite crystals measuring 5.5 x 3.2 x 3.1 cm in size overall. While this has the appearance of one large single complete crystal, it is actually composed of many small needle-like crystals. No damage - an interesting specimen!

Neat sharp semi-lustrous slightly translucent to opaque neatly formed scheelite crystals are forming a matrix-less cluster. The specimen does not come from the "normal" mine from where most scheelite, beryl, etc. specimens on the market come from. This distinctive specimen comes from an area nearby; everything is said to be found as "floaters" and show sharp triangular terminations on the scheelite crystals. Undamaged - this is a very good example. Ref: The Mineralogical Record 36(1), 45-57.

A dark bluish-gray crystallized grouping of fluorite, with cubic crystals to 2 cm on edge, these scattered richly with dark amber to brownish sparkling translucent tabular barite crystals to 0.5 cm on edge. Very slight chipping is present on a couple of the barite crystals, but overall this is in very good condition I think. There is a dusting of micro crystalline pyrite throughout. Neat combination piece.

Excellent well formed sharp green semi-lustrous crystals of kesterite to 1.0 cm in size are thickly covering the top of a muscovite crystal matrix. The crystals are very well formed for this rare species. This is damage-free and highly choice! There is a lot of high quality kesterite present on the specimen. This is a beautiful and outstanding large cabinet combination piece for this locality! Gem quality green glassy cubic fluorite to 1.5 cm on edge are covering the top of matrix. On one side sits a large opaque semi-lustrous grouping of white rhombohedral calcite crystals, the entire cluster measuring approximately 9.5 cm across. The piece is in very good shape damage-wise, especially considering the size of the specimen. It sits nicely for display. A good showy large cabinet piece! Ref: The Mineralogical Record 38(1), 55-63.

From the world's largest antimony deposit. Neat prismatic thin metallic crystals of stibnite to 3.1 cm in length are "stuck" throughout a cluster of colorless translucent to transparent flattened rhombohedral calcite crystals. No matrix - this is a floater. The largest calcite measures 4.5 cm across and is complete all around. Minor chipping is present on a few of the stibnite terminations. Considering the type of specimen that this is, I think that it is in remarkably good shape damage-wise. Ref: The Mineralogical Record 38(1), 3-17.

No damage - this is a superbly crystallized miniature from a new find at this famous locality. Ref: The Mineralogical Record 36(1) 25-33.

An excellent large sharp deep red undamaged spessartine crystal measuring 1.3 cm across is set perfectly upon a 4.5 x 4.0 x 3.9 cm matrix. One other much smaller spessartine crystal is present as well. Very fine and choice; this is a large crystal for this locality. It is quite uncommon to get separated individual size-able crystals like this from here. Ex Lloyd Tate collection. Ref: Mineralogical Record, 36 (1): 35-43.

Beautiful glassy transparent gemmy cubic crystals of fluorite to 2.5 cm on edge are stacked aesthetically upon a crystalline quartz and minor pyrite matrix. Sharp and clean of damage; the crystals show all around on both sides of the piece. The color is outstanding - the quality very high. I have seen these recently available for sale with asking prices way above what is being asked here. Size: 7.5 x 5.0 x 3.6 cm. Ex Lloyd Tate collection.
