An outstanding single terminated crystal for this species consisting of a gem quality lustrous glassy deep green vesuvianite crystal measuring 4.3 x 0.5 x 0.5 cm in size without matrix. A beautiful deep green lustrous gemmy undamaged vivianite crystal measuring 7.0 x 1.8 x 0.8 cm in size, this with finger of matrix coated by tiny crystals of brown siderite. Complete all around 360 degrees. The base of the crystal is natural, slightly contacted, but showing termination faces and no damage. Very pretty small cabinet piece. Ex Lloyd Tate collection. Previously in the F. John Barlow collection with label. Overall size: 7.0 x 3.4 x 2.5 cm.

Lustrous blocky carmel colored crystals of wulfenite to 1.2 cm on edge are aesthetically scattered over a 7.8 x 5.5 x 2.3 cm matrix. Brilliant lustrous orange-red platy translucent crystals of wulfenite to 1.5 cm in size are scattered attractively over the top of a 7.5 x 5.5 x 2.5 cm matrix. In excellent condition. The base of the matrix has been shaped with a trim saw, the only real way to trim down these fragile but beautiful specimens. Ex Lloyd Tate collection.

Thin platy gemmy crystals of wulfenite to 1.5 cm across set on a 4.0 x 3.5 x 2.0 cm matrix of brilliant bright orange botryoidal crystallized mimetite. There are some damaged crystals on the matrix. The prominent crystal is perfect. The color of the mimetite is outstanding making for a beautiful specimen. Ex Lloyd Tate collection.

A beautiful flawless gem quality blue glassy single terminated tanzanite crystal measuring 5.4 x 1.9 x 1.5 cm in size overall. Very sharp and clean of damage; complete all around. A neat and unusual combination specimen for tanzanite! A partly gemmy blue to bluish-purple terminated tanzanite crystal measuring 3.2 x 1.8 x 0.7 cm in size is perched on the side of a crystallized white calcite matrix. Attached to the side, and coming off the back of the tanzanite crystal is a pale bluish-gray grouping of terminated prehnite crystals measuring 2.5 cm in size. No damage - this shows all around 360 degrees. Good tanzanite specimens in combination with other minerals such as this piece are not common. Ex Lloyd Tate collection.
