A gorgeous combination piece consisting of a white bladed barite matrix, this measuring 6.8 x 4.0 x 2.7 cm in size. Scattered richly throughout are deep red lustrous hexagonal tabular crystals of vanadinite to 1.4 cm in size. Very clean of damage - the quality is excellent! Ex Lloyd Tate collection.

An outstanding single terminated crystal for this species consisting of a gem quality lustrous glassy deep green vesuvianite crystal measuring 4.3 x 0.5 x 0.5 cm in size without matrix. Lustrous blocky carmel colored crystals of wulfenite to 1.2 cm on edge are aesthetically scattered over a 7.8 x 5.5 x 2.3 cm matrix. Brilliant lustrous orange-red platy translucent crystals of wulfenite to 1.5 cm in size are scattered attractively over the top of a 7.5 x 5.5 x 2.5 cm matrix. In excellent condition. Thin platy gemmy crystals of wulfenite to 1.5 cm across set on a 4.0 x 3.5 x 2.0 cm matrix of brilliant bright orange botryoidal crystallized mimetite. There are some damaged crystals on the matrix. A beautiful flawless gem quality blue glassy single terminated tanzanite crystal measuring 5.4 x 1.9 x 1.5 cm in size overall. Very sharp and clean of damage; complete all around. A neat and unusual combination specimen for tanzanite! A partly gemmy blue to bluish-purple terminated tanzanite crystal measuring 3.2 x 1.8 x 0.7 cm in size is perched on the side of a crystallized white calcite matrix. Attached to the side, and coming off the back of the tanzanite crystal is a pale bluish-gray grouping of terminated prehnite crystals measuring 2.5 cm in size. No damage - this shows all around 360 degrees. Good tanzanite specimens in combination with other minerals such as this piece are not common. Ex Lloyd Tate collection.
