Return Policy Returns are apart of e-business. Photographs on the internet are great, but nothing is better than your holding the specimen in your hand. Sometimes a specimen will not quite look like it does on the internet, be it color, aesthetics, or whatever. I still believe that purchasing minerals via the internet is a great and time-saving way to build your collection. I want you completely satisfied! If you receive anything from me that does not meet your standards, please return it. There is no need to explain why, just simply follow the instructions listed below and your money will be cheerfully refunded. A) Please contact me immediately via e-mail, letting me know that you would like to return one or more specimens. I may have special shipping instructions for you. I have a 14 day return policy. Simply let me know what is happening. If you want to "think about" a specimen for a few days, that is fine, please tell me though. Any specimen not returned within 14 days of invoicing (30 days for non-U.S. orders), without any e-mail correspondence, will be considered "sold". B) Please repack the specimen(s) in the same box, using the same care and packaging materials that I have used to send the specimen to you. If this box is somewhat damaged in transit, please use another solid, sturdy box, of ample size for the specimen(s) within. There should be absolutely no "shifting" within the parcel when it is shaken. If double-boxed, make sure that the specimen is packed tight enough that it will not move when shaken. Insure the parcel for the full value; any lost parcels, or damage that occurs during the return shipment, is your responsibility. Parcels valued over $500 must be sent via Registered U.S. Mail, using the brown paper tape. This is the safest, least expensive way to send a valuable parcel. C) I prefer that you use the regular mail services (U.S. mail within the U.S.), and ship to the above listed address. If you are going to ship via another service, please contact me. If you want to return something - PLEASE do not feel that I am upset and do not be discouraged! Everyone sees specimens differently, that is what makes this hobby fun. My goal is to make sure that you are pleased with your specimen(s) and that your collection continues to grow!
